How not to HOLD BACK as an SME

“SME SME” is a colloquial expression for “foot dragging, mediocrity and lackluster response to opportunities or instructions”

SMEs, or small and medium-sized enterprises, are defined differently around the world. The country a company operates in provides the specifics on the defined size of an SME.

Often, they employ less than 50 people and don’t earn outrageous amounts of money.

Interestingly, SMEs make up about 90% of most economies.

👉The point is that they’re very important and the fact that you run a SMALL BUSINESS is actually a BIG DEAL so you need to take it up with BIG COMMITMENT so you can get the BIG DEALS.

☺️Many people inadvertently despise their SMALL BUSINESSES and take their CUSTOMERS for granted.

😏They don’t keep proper BOOKS and ignore their LOOKS but expect funds to flow faster than water in BROOKS.

They don’t pay attention to the STAFF they HIRE and wonder why their OVERHEADS seem to go HIGHER complain when they don’t see the RESULTS they DESIRE.

To go far, you have to think different.

📌Pay attention to the little things.

📌Pay attention to your staff.

📌Pay attention to your customers.

📌Pay attention to your products and services.

📌Pay attention to your own health and personal peace too.

Be excellent and driven.

Send the mail.

Do the broadcast.

Don’t drag your feet or hold back.

Remember, you might be running an SME today but every big corporation was once an SME! You will grow too👍
